Lovely piece, Alan - not Loetz Carneol, I'm afraid, but rather much more likely Harrach, due to the shape and decor. Carneol is much more uniform in color... red and white only. The bump around the neck and the solid white lining (along with the variety of colors used) all point to Harrach for me. Again, a very lovely piece, and Bohemian, of the period, but not Loetz.
Warren, what else I could say , thank you so much, for taking some time to looking at it, and gave me your experience thoughts on this vase.
I don't gone lie, disappointed but not so much, that I learn something on this.
If you have a moment, look my other vase I just post at the same time, could I've be wrong on this easy papillon Loetz decor twisted vase??
Many thanks again for your comments and the love to, much appreciated that you take some of your time to stop by.
