Found at a local charity shop.
This studio abstract art pottery charger signed on the Base as in picture 3&4 ..
I love it but don't know what the picture is ??
All I see is what looks like a birds beak with a big eye and maybe feathers.. any ideas??
It's 14"across!!
Obviously made for wall hanging as holed & wired on Base rim..
The signature???
If you can read it or know who did this stunning charger please comment as I'd be very grateful..

Very cool piece of Surf! I can definitely see the bird... his head, his eye, his beak, and his neck. Also, the signature is very, very stylish :-)

It's a very well made charger & must be by a known Potter somewhere .must of took a while just to paint the border .. ;-)

I just found a mug with the same signature in Vermont, USA. The mug has three bird-headed figures on it, rather reminiscent of Maya or Native American design. Still trying to figure out who this potter is.
