    Does anyone recognize the stamp on the case (manufacturer)? The inside is stamped with a small illegible logo and "3020 Sterling". Thanks.

      That looks like a cigarette/card case, not a picture frame. Need to see clear, close photos of the mark and also the inside of the case.
