    Here is a new item I got from a friend recently for my railroad collection.It is a "New Badger #5" Made by the Advance Car Mover Co. of Appleton Wisconsin!Yep it would have a long wooden handle and was used at a grain elevator to hand move rail cars..........sounds safe!lol

      I remember seeing one of these devices in use while hauling grain to our local elevator just before it closed in 1980.
