    Apparently this plate was bought in Boots of all places at least 25+ years ago. I'm trying to find out what it is so I can replace for the owner who really loves them but is now down to only 3!

    Any assistance would be most welcome

      Tracking down the ID of a plate purchased more than a quarter of a century ago from Boots Chemists is a tall order. It's a beautiful plate. Has the owner tried calling or sending photos to Boots in Nottingham?
