      Very interesting. Beautful hand. But have you noted that the German text is intermittently interrupted with a larger word in English or Latin ?

      Difference, specification, Catastrum, cum Curatoribus.

      i guess that could make some sense. I know that in Germany Latin was a language that they taught in school. If it is as old as it said it is.

      There was actually a back to it and it looked like it was folded.

      I suspect it might be a land contract.

      So there is a date of 1751.

      That signature looks to be that of a King.
