it looks like dreadfully neurotic
I thought it twas made in a Tiffany style actually its far too thick to be sold as a knockoff
Does anyone know the name or type of art to describe this glass.
Perhaps someone will explain the mark on bottom

hello saw one on ebay last year,,,,the bottom matched the one i saw as such I saw the word wee or web..in the centeron the bottom
i have a huge daniel lotton piece but picture were awful,i will post some next week
