This needs some cleaning.....looks as if someone spilled/splattered something on it
Hate cleaning paintings its so time consuming but it's a small painting so I can handle taking on this project. Will post new pic after cleaning.
Also will remove paper on back to see if artist signed full name there....which I doubt but worth a try.
