This poor old dresser belonged to my grandparents. It has a matching chest with a mirror to match. For the longest time I wanted to sell the set, but it sat in outside storage while I waited for time to get it ready to go, and the two pieces fell further and further into disrepair. I gave up and decided to donate it, then thought maybe I could give it to someone who would restore it, and then today I had the opportunity to give it to a lady I know, and suddenly found that I couldn't. The set belonged to my grandparents. It will cost some money to get it back to where it was. But it will stay with me until I kick. Thanks for looking.
Wise decision on keeping this. It'll look great when restored and you'll be so happy you did keep it.

JS, I don't know what made me want to get rid of them in the first place. I have bedroom furniture that's so ugly and unuseful, and here this set of beautiful pieces just sat out there in the rain getting ruined. I guess it's the old story, don't appreciate what you have until it's gone.
i support your decision on keeping this momentous dresser. My parents bought a limited edition prada bag for me upon my graduation and i could sell it off for good bucks but couldn't do it too. Some things are just too precious.
I like Brenda's words,..... "Some things are just too precious." [;>)
Thanks for the love, fleafinger and NevadaBlades. :)
Flea, so nice that you have a sentimental attachment to your bag, and yes, some things are just too precious. :)
NevadaBlades, you're right, Brenda said it best. Thank you. :)
I love this. I could never part with it!
