    I have no idea what and where but I would love to know as much as I can about it. It seems to have pearl and ivory in the handle. Both the sheath and handle are only decorated on one side. Thanks for any help you can provide.

      Middle East souvenirs have been around, probably since shortly after the 1st pyramid tomb robbers. Nice early example, on one side.

      The handle/blade design identifies it as a "jambiya" from Iraq, Iran, and the Balkan areas.

      I have two almost like it I have been scrolling for hours trying to find out information on mine also.
