I love this elegant cup saucer and plate. It's very fine bone china, and the "Piccadilly" pattern is very unusual pattern for a tea set. Not sure of age, but would guess mid century. I havn't been able to find much about the Windsor bone china so far. I have 4 cups saucers and plates, so not a full set.
Windsor was one of the brands made for the Co-0p, another was Crown Clarence. Yours was made in Longton, Staffordshire and production of that “label” started in 1911. I will see what else I can find out.
I didn’t find an exact date, but the stylized figures make me think you’ve got the date right, 1950-60’s.
Here’s a link to the potteries.org, a great resource for all Staffordshire potteries, which also shows some marks. There is an index to all the potteries in that area, all you need is the name

Thanks Mary, that's very interesting. I will check out the links.
