This has been in my junk jewelry for years. Some of the Rhinestones had fallen out so I put them back on and viola. No marks on the back.

This looks similar to one I have. You have to look all over for the silver mark. I have to get mine out...Ok, here's the thing...the makers mark is on a little round tab on the back, yours might have been broken off and that's why you don't see anything. I can't remember this guys name right now (a common occurance lately-geeze) anyway, it's from the 50's and the initials are I over H. Under that Sterling is written almost in the shape of a smiley face. LOL how's that for info??? Sorry I can't be more specific for you.
Well thanks very much that is a lot of info!
Luverly, and luverly design too. Is your 'junk' jewelry a large collection? I'm trying to sort through brooches, bracelets and bangles so they're not all tangled up with other. Put them in their own containers, and arrange in a drawer. (I start these projects with great gusto, and then I procrastinate.
Yes I do the same thing. Right now my junk jewelry is pretty much gone through but there was a time I had large zip lock bags full of tangled jewelry. I am looking into buying lot jewelry next.
