This is a lovely example of the Welz décor Vertical Lines, in the colours that were so beloved of Czech Art Deco glass makers
It's actually a red spatter, a little more dense at the rim and the base, on an orange ground, and almost impossible to photograph!
Image four shows it with other examples of Vertical Lines.....mainly because that picture didn't come out too badly! But for all that I'm very lucky and pleased to have it :)
Height 15 cm./6 inches
Beautiful Welz!

Thank you, scott :)
Nice shape, Peggy.
Thank you, Ian.....and vases are always a bonus as I seem drawn to urns!
Such a such a striking color and lovely shape Peggy!
Love the orange and the subtle variation from the red is clever.
Thank you Rick, thank you Karen, it seems you are almost becoming a double act....
Lol... that's cute Peggy :-)
This is the 3rd variation of the shape I have seen, Welz seemed (like Kralik) seemed to do variations of shapes maybe for display purposes?
Or maybe to refresh their product range by offering 'new' designs!
