Ward Art Creations - Chewing gum stick holder Metal case

When I purchased this, I thought it was a Lipstick case. But once I got it home and really checked it out. Low and Behold it was not. There is not much online about Ward Art Creations let alone a chewing gum holder.

Any Ideas of where to look?
