A style I'm definitely going to seek out in the future, this pair of lamps were also a flea market find, and as much as I'd looooove to actually use them, they are too pretty (and fragile) for me to not be scared to touch!
I cannot seem to find them online to do my own research so any help is welcome!
Emerald green glass, 'gold' painted trim, hand painted flowers dabs Japan
The stickers are only on one lamp.
They are just under 12 inches tall, with a reservoir that looks like it can hold about 3/4 c fuel
Any info anyone has about this company or style I'd be greatful for!!
Those are definitely Czech glass. I call them icing decoration! Very pretty.
I am pretty sure these are Japanese made and painted. The Japanese glass industry has oil lamps deep in it's history and they continued to make them well into the 1970s as both a nod at history and as decorative items.
The enamel flowers and painting on this appear to be similar to my drinks set, which I am almost sure was made by Tajima Glass.

Here's a vintage Dabs oil lamp. Unless someone is playing fast and loose with 'Dabs' labels, your lamps could be authentic. Very lovely decoration. I have no idea of the age though.
