Small Native American Sterling and Turquoise Ring

I found this pretty little thing in the junk section. It looked black and dirty. I realized right away that it was a sterling ring. It is marked "sterling" and has one more mark but I cannot make out what it is. Based on the design, I believe it is a Native American ring.
It is too small for my likings and therefore I will give it to one of my daughters.
