A very good example of Kralik's interpretation of Loetz's Nautilus. Essentially we have a frosted clear base glass with a Martelle finish and applied gold swirls. The surface had a colorful metallic iridescence. It stands 6.5 inches tall and is about 4 inches in diameter at the widest. The rim is polished, crimped, and ruffled, and the pontil is finished. Overall it produces a subtle but beautiful effect!

It's lovely. The iridescence is masterful on the martele.
