I need help identifying the maker of this piece... aside from the fact that it is an antique and is genuine, I cannot identify the stamp. It looks like either a two headed lion or a Pegasus, or perhaps a line with a paw raised? It is 16 inches tall. Any help greatly appreciated...

I really don't have a clue, sorry. Glass is my area. I just knew of a very good site for identifying silver and gold and have time on my hands to help.

Great work Delta and lovely piece PVB. Search for the name under images and trace to the sold sites. There should have been some auctioned at some time.
