What about the cold ... and how about this season
Beautiful now isn't it nice to be rid of hot weather
A interesting pottery bowl I found in Nashville
I think it called to me .
I walked towards it to see closer it looked very gaudy
So I bought what I thought was exceptionally interesting
and later had a notion to carve better figureson it
Come to find out before I went to far it was a van briggle
Only marked with two R's both backwards.it had no other markings
So I did look up van briggle to see maybe I have a bit of art made by the master himself. And although most of what I see about him is certainly
from a studio.
This bowl has gargoyles or that effect
Would someone please identify this
Well what is it called what style what year was it made
Did van briggle do this bowl. All information would be a help

And I noticed the warrior effect it has
Meaning I think its a correlation of demons
As you look at its abstract figure you can see a larger picture with made from the images or method of grouping these somewhat demons together
what a bizarre piece! i wish the photos were a little clearer and in real color. it's hard to make out anything from them.

I am not avoiding the obvious just so very busy .
I can not find this piece anywhere....I doubt anyone can. I think any early works
by this man are somewhat rare.But if he did make this I would love to know what it is called,anyway catch you on the flip
