    I have no clue what this piece is suppose to represent or symbolize ,but I love it ,I thought maybe Eskimo because of the polar bear shape of the piece, I'm not sure if it is painted pottery or some type of bone, the arrow head and the small sticks remind me of a fire starter kit , the small circle in front could be a mark, interesting for sure
