My mother-in-law has these amazing cooler cans. We have no idea where they come from. She received them from an elderly lady she took care of. The cans were made by Jobie Manufacturing Co., Inc in Freeport, NY. Internet searches have revealed not a single match for Cooler Cans or Jobie Manufacturing Co. If anybody knows any information on these, your help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

A little late. I don't know much, however I have found upwards of 35 different brands of the "canned ice". They work the same as the plastic ones we use now. I use my duplicates in our car cooler for day trips. seem to work better than the plastic ones. Most cans are beat up and rusty from use. I have found 1/2 "in the wild" and 1/2 online. Always looking for the next "discovery"!
