I'm trying to determine the age of this little pin vise or multi tool.
I can't see any markings without cleaning it up. I also can't find anything similar on line.

Thank you for the response. It's such a cool tool with beautiful patina. I'm trying to figure out how it was used and how long ago. I feel a connection with the original craftsman as I use some of my old tools every day.

A spool of waxed heavy duty thread fits in the handle & feeds out the hole in the side, around the tension tack & thru the hole near the point of the needle that clamps in the chuck. Tandy or any leather & saddle maker supply carries them.
