Antique Persian Middle Eastern Hand Painted Monochrome Ceramic Bottle Flask Thrift Shop Find, 1,75 Euro ($1.93)

I solved my own Mystery.

I thought this bottle/flask/whatever it is was interesting enough for me to throw my small change into the air and take it home. It's on the heavy side and has a firing crack on the bottom. The glaze is a bit thick and it has been painted in a naive sort of fashion.
Someone stuck green felt on the bottom, which had already been removed by the time it reached the shop.
Looks to be marks/numbers/something on the bottom.

9 1/4" high, 4"across, 2"width.
