first off...i'm so so happy to have finally found her!! look at that face!
let me tell you guys, and i don't know why, but it has been near impossible to find the tiny cabinet-sized version of Armand Marseille's Queen Louise (i've been running out of space, so cabinet sized dolls are perfect at this point). they do obviously exist in this size and occasionally pop up if you have your scouting glasses on, but i wonder why these cuties aren't more popular.
anyway, she's marked "Queen Louise" "21" and is the perfect size of 11 1/2 inches and on a fully jointed wood and composition body. i have her compared to one of my carte de visites (charlotte wolter in sappho by szekely for those curious) so you can see how petite she is. she has her original bonnet, underclothes, dress, and probably wig. still not sure about her shoes, though. i found her on rubylane, so props to the super fast shipping and safe packing from Doll Doctor Sandy on Rubylane!
She's lovely. I love the tiny dolls for the very same reason, they're easier to fit in!!! Congratulations.

Thanks so much, Lee! Ah, exactly; more room for more cuties!
