    I can't find anything about this Sun coal burning cast iron stove marked with the number 5.88. All I can find is one marked with 2-88 Can anyone tell me any information or lead me to a website with information please and thanks.

      I have one that looks almost identical that was in the basement of old house I purchased. Mine has numbers 7.88. Mine also was apparently made for heating/boiling water because it has closed chamber built in with 2 threaded holes in the back side. The house was formerly owned by Dr and later a dentist and each of them operated there business in and before the 1920s Matewan Masacre years.
