This clock came into my possession with a relative passing away. Can anyone give me some information on it eg: what year it's from and its value.

I would look at the retirement presentation plaque as a good indication of approximately when the clock was manufactured. Regarding its value, I would look at the current market for Kienzle Westminster Art Deco Tambour Mantel Clocks. Ebay is usually a good place to start your research.
