Table Lamp for Candles - Non-Electric - Dual Hurricanes

Hello.

I do not believe this table lamp accepts oil, but two candles on both sides. But I'm no expert! It does unscrew quite nicely and goes right back together again. One glass hurricane is missing. I do not have the pair - just the one and on each foot is stamped "R" with a series of dots - which maybe the order of which the feet belong. Any guidance would be incredibly helpful.
