    Kralik or Rindskopf bowl with crimping to edge in mauve colouring with martelle type finish
    solid iron pontil .reminds me of a dinosaur egg
    approximately 4 1/2 wide & 3 1/2 height
    piccy taken this morn with friendly bird to background

      I can see from your answer to other posts. I was going to guess the river Tyne.

      thanks ever so much IanBrighton & yes about 2 mins out side to the river tyne the objective to be out as little as possible to get the right shot at minimal risk to the collection pieces and optimal conditions last a very short time e.g. sunsets & sunrises the right mood etc

      A conundrum :-) Same size, Same shape, same number of pleats to the rim. Cool comparison item. What did you think of my pink honeycomb bowl? Theoretically a known Rindskopf décor. The tricorn vases also in both honeycomb & martele... CZ glass makers were always imitation one another :-) Very little actual documentation, more extrapolation :-)
