Weller Woodpecker

Found recently at a local estate sale for a mere pittance. Condition is excellent with no flaws. Can be found in Huxford's Weller Pottery Guide dated 1993. Made 1915, with no mark, shown as part of the "Brighton" group. About 6 inches tall. They call it a Woodpecker, but other similar pieces are called Kingfishers. Actually, it looks like neither, particularly if you consider the colors. Colors vary because they were probably hand-painted. This and other similar birds were shown sometimes sitting in a bowl being used as flower frogs. They do have a place to insert small flower stems. Price shown in the 1993 Weller guide is quite hefty (for 1993), but if anyone can give me a more current value, it would be greatly appreciated. Not much found about this item on line.
