This belonged to my Grandmother. My Dad was carrying it from the car to the house after taking it home from her house, several years ago. When a man that lived 2 houses over saw him and came running over asking him if he knew what he had there. My Dad said, no not really. The man offered him $700 on the spot but offered no info on it at all. Nor did he say why he would offer so much for it. We have no intentions of selling it. But, we want to know what it's called, who made it, etc.
It is about 12" high and 8" in diameter.
