I love this but have no idea about its manufacture or age. Is the 'saucer' indeed a saucer or a bowl?

If the saucer is deep, the cup could be Georgian, ie early 19th century. Its difficult to see shape, and handle shapes are important to date these old cups. It looks a bit like London shape. Could you put a picture on of the cup in the saucer, it would help.
Hi and thank you very much. The saucer is deeper than the photograph suggests .
I'm very grateful for your comments. I love discovering the history of things .
This is very nice...love it!
Hi vintage lamp thank you! I love it too, if the 'mystery' is never solved I think I'll always treasure it.
Are there any marks, either printed or impressed ?
Without marks it`s impossible to identify the manufacturer.
Hi Ivan 49 I will go and inspect it now! Thanks
Hi Ivan49
I've uploaded some photos.
The only mark is the little blue one on the base of the Saucer. It's almost like it's made up of tiny blue dots. I've photographed the base of the cup I can't see any marks on this.
Thanks so much for your interest!
Cannot recognize the mark, but under glaze blue mark of this form strongly indicates 19th century. Will try to search.
Nice piece.
Hi Ivan49 wow! Possibly 19th century it never fails to amaze me that something so small and delicate can have survived without too much damage until today.
I bought this from a charity shop because I liked it for £1.00 definitely worth the investment. I like to buy items and research them, I've learned so much as a novice collector from just asking questions! Thanks again
