Can anyone help me identify this beautiful brouch? Any information would be greatly appreciated! I really know nothing about it.

Not possible to find out who made your brooch because it is not marked in any way. Looking at the photos, it appears like the six central stones are missing. Is there anything in the middle? Looks to be from the earlier part of the 20th century.
It is made in the style of Little Nemo pieces from 1930s but I don't think it's their work. A couple of things on this pin seem odd enough even for a period copy, sorry I can't tell you more without a closer examination. Here are some links to the Little Nemo pieces: https://www.etsy.com/listing/98879533/deco-vintage-1930s-little-nemo-grape?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=Deco%20Vintage%201930s%20LITTLE%20NEMO%20Grape%20Leaf%20Cluster%20Florals%20Czech%20Glass%20RHINESTONE%20Fruit%20Salad%20Brooch%20Pin%20Downton%20Abbey%20Gatsby%20Flapper%20Jewelry&ref=sr_gallery_1
