Crown Trifari Cat Over Fish Bowl Pin

I inherited this pin from my mother in law. But when I found it the bowl was missing but I was sure there was a bowl on it. So I kept it and years go by and we just found a few boxes we had not gone through and low and behold I found the bowl. Glued it back on and viola! Oh it says something on the back I cannot make out completely but I think one word says Crown.
