Doug Ford Tournament Golf Balls, new in case #1, #2, #3, #4, with Tees

Found this at a local Goodwill for $20, They are brand new. Pack each of 1, 2, 3 & 4 with golf tees, 2 of which are gold color. they come in a leather case, can't find much info on them, was hoping someone could contact me and give me some info, my email is rjk1977@twc.com.
