Unsure if original. Bought a few years ago from a lady and has been sitting down back shed. Decided to get it out and took the tapestry like fabric off, and the hessian filled with straw which was obviously put on top for padding ( someone had obviously decided to turn it into a type of blanket box at some stage of it's life).
Then I seen the Vacuum oil on the timber.
