Rare Oil Painting on Cloth of Activist Dr. Angela Davis, Unknown Artist???

Wow talk about History findings, This is a Rare oil painting of Activist Angela Davis from back in the late 60's to early 70's. Angela Davis back then was associated with The Black Panther Party. Educator and Author born in Birmingham AL. and is a graduate of St. Augustine College in Raleigh N.C. Trying to figure out who the artist was that created this oil on cloth painting??? also what did the Tear reflect and was this created when she went to Prison after being on the FBI most wanted list??? any help with this research would be Appreciated.
