I already know this kit is over 30 years old since that is the length of time it was in a man's home. It is 100% complete and unstarted. I remember seeing these kits when I was a young model builder in my teens. I am not going to just keep it in the box. Myself, my dad and my son are all going to work on this incredible item. This was quite a find at an Estate sale.

Nice to see this kit in still such good condition. I assembled this kit back when I lived in a different house that I moved from 34 yrs. ago. It's an old kit! I would recommend not covering this with tissue or silk span, but assemble it, filling any gaps with Spackle and then just spray paint with the color of choice. I built many of the Guillow's kits and the tissue just doesn't last without tearing. Have fun with it.
