Hi CW Gang:
With Halloween around the Corner I thought I would post this. It is the 1985 NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC MAGAZINE with the Skull Holograhoc cover on it. I think this was the very first one they did. They did some after this date.
So for 1985 -- this Cover was a Amazing thing to see and have. Sure now lots of little collectibles ( like NHL cards, Wrestling ) has those little trademarks Holographic symbols for copyright collectibles now days. ............but back in 1985.....This was something So new to see. Any other info welcomed.....

It looks scary, but an excellent collectible that looks like you've kept in mint condition . I used to be a big collector of baseball cards Rosie. I don't remember exactly when, but many years ago, Dennys put out a set of hologram cards. It took me forever to complete, but once I did, it became my pride and joy. I figured that someday I'd be a millionaire LOL. Unfortunately, when I sold my baseball card collection, it was worth less than I bought it for, so I'm still poor :-(
