I have had this piece for yrs, it was given to me by a friend, but never knew it's worth. I think it's from the 1920''s due to the style and serpintine lines. But I'm not sure. It's solid oak and has the locks on each drawer. I don't know where to get it appraised. It's in really good condition for its age.

Very nice unfortunately it has been refinished which decreases value . We do not do appraisals on CW .There are other sites that do appraisals though .

It has NEVER been refinished. Not sure where you got that. The wood is dry though and needs conditioning. Been in storage for years.

Actually, I would think a refinish would enhance the value of this piece.

It is not a big ticket item-- ebay will give you a good idea on what they sell for. Be sure to take shipping into account. A local auction will give you a better idea for your area.

In my area this would bring about $200- $350 in its current condition.
