My grandfather bought this bracelet for my grandmother when he returned from World War II. He bought it on fifth Avenue in New York city. She wore it constantly and loved it.

I really do not know what it is made of to be totally honest. It's very heavy & the stones are chunky & clear. I'm considering having it appraised; however, that may cost more than the bracelet is worth!!!

This is a costume bracelet, made with rhinestones.

Thanks for your comments!! Glad to know is was indeed made with Rhinestones. I need to take it to a jeweler & have it cleaned & fix the clasp on it as it is a bit loose since it is so old. :)
