This is homestead handpainted ware (Japan). Little info is found on what era it is from. It has some fleabites on it:)
Hope you like these cups they are only 50 cents each from cash convertor.

Maybe the translator in factory in Japan didn't know how to put "transferware by hand" into words? LOL.
