The Milk Glass fount sits on a footed metal base. The green leaves (?) are raised and the violets appear to be hand painted. The fount is approx. 5 ½ inches in diameter and more or less round. The burner says Banner,Waterbury, Conn. It has a simple glass chimney.
Can anyone help me to identify maker and date?
