Getting ready for Halloween, the supervisors are standing by while the gardeners are adding cobwebs to the cactus.
Decorating the front yard for Halloween has become a fine tradition here in suburbia. A good deal of personal involvement goes into these displays and some can be much more elaborate than this.
A simple question for everyone or anyone -
Is home Halloween decoration a form of folk art?
