Excitement of discovery!

I have many paintings and always try to learn who artist was. Pretty sure I discovered who the artist was and were the scene is of this painting I have. The painting is 15 by 19 inches inside frame. By chance I came across a cover photo that looked like painting on Facebook. I inquired as to where picture was taken and was told Rose Lake close to the city of Burns Lake B.C. Canada.
