i really like the patina of use on this pot. it has a really nice feel/size to it too. this is native american pottery from just south of the u.s.a. / mexican border. I know that some people on CW do not like me saying that this is Native American pottery, but i have strong, political reasons for doing this, and i'm not trying to sell anything, so it shouldn't be an issue. I worked closely with Native leaders from all over central, south, and meso-america for 11 years and every one of them was very clear that they are also Native American, and want to be recognized as such.

I agree my friend - there should be an accommodation for Mexican folk art and handicraft somewhere here, and Native American is as good a place as any.
