Trying to identity this creamer my Mom gave me. Its 4 1/2 tall x 4 1/2 spout to handle.Has beaded looped garland, ribbed handle and drops on the bottom that intersect the star in a x.

the 'Festoon' pattern appeared in Montgomery Ward catalogs c1892-94 maker unknown
That helped thanks and I can match it with Beatty-Brady Glass Company of Indiana prior to Indiana Glass.
yes, this had at one time been inaccurately attributed to Beatty-Brady; problem is that company only came into being around 1897 and this was made years before that. I've also seen the pattern speculated to be by Portland Glass but that company was out of business when this was being sold by Montgomery Ward; thus at this time the maker remains unknown...
Darn I thought the Museum Of American Glass would have had it right. Thank you, I am learning a lot from you.
not sure but it 'may' have been that this Festoon pattern was confused with the Jewel and Festoon pattern since these have similar motifs, and this resulted in misidentifications.
