I purchased this set of 6 pressed back chairs, and as you can see they have a man's head in the back. I was hoping someone could give me information as to who this could be. I have searched and searched the internet, but have had no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

Thanks Christopher. They actually came from around Columbus, Ohio.

They may be from the time of the Columbian Exposition - c. 1893 AKA Chicago World's Fair... here's a different Columbus chair... http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedia/set-antique-christopher-columbus-467743949

Thanks a lot and I am going to try to research a little more. Do you have any idea how much these three sold for? Thanks
