As is often requested by those trying to date a piece is photos of the hardware and insides.
The drawers are well fitted and slide in and out easily. There is no metal or plastic on the insides.
The drawer handles are new or newish. There is a great store in Orange California that has replacement hardware. Plus they can make keys for old locks for cabinets and trunks.
Thank you

GREAT pulls, Fort. They fit/match the piece perfectly, IMO. [;>)

Looks like solid wood.
Not a lot of age to it-- made in the last half of the 20th century.

Thank you very much Scott. I think the flash makes the unfished wood look lighter than it really is.
fort- do you know anything else about your piece? Does it happen to have any marks imprinted in the back? It looks a little similar to something I have! Great hardware btw!
Thank you very much ecodiesel. Moved it out to check the back and saw no markings. The backside does show a lot of wear. Also the backside of the display section was replaced with a piece of wood paneling. I may need to reopen this investigation.
Does anyone know where I can get replacement cabinet knobs? These look exactly like what I need.
If you live in So Cal you could go to the shop in Orange otherwise there should be something on the net.
