    I can't find anything on Cimelli online. has anyone heard of him/her? this is a nice faience plate - amorphous in form and signed. 7" x 5"

      It is Cinelli not Cimelli.
      Florentine company, post WW2, generally did this very naive style of painting.

      the face reminds me of Marcel Duchamp when he was younger.
