Similar to a modern smart watch and fitness gadget but this almost square faced watch has three narrow windows to see the hour, minute and second on a half moon dial.
As a watch it be would useless for someone poor eyesight. While it does have a markers mark I cannot read that correctly. Likely to be battery operated.
Silver framed, single red line for a hand on a black face.
